By signing and returning this legal and binding contract to buy, you will be held to your purchases if awarded the winning bid. Permission is granted for Northeast Iowa Auction Co. to represent you as an absentee bidder. The auction firm will bid competitively on your behalf on the designated items, up to the maximum bid noted on this form. Convenience fees will be charged in addition to the winning bid price. Shipping and handling will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any item selling for less than $100.00 will be charged a convenience fee of $10.00 per item for the privilege of this service. Items selling for over $100.00 will be charged a convenience fee of $25.00 per item.
All bids shall be treated as offers made on condition of sale and purchases must be paid in full within 3 days of date of auction. Northeast Iowa Auction Co. will accept cash, cashier’s check, money wire, personal and business checks as a form of payment. No items released until paid in full. Northeast Iowa Auction Co. invites bidders to inspect items before leaving an absentee bid and make no guarantee of the condition of the item as everything sell as-is where-is. Northeast Iowa Auction Co. offers absentee biding as a convenience and will not be held responsible for errors or failure to execute bids. All sales are final.
